SERVICE / INSTALL
General Lock offers superior customer service from start to
finish through the General Lock Service Network. The Service Network
provides nationwide installation and repair services to General Lock
customers.
Through an on-site facility survey, a team of experts will provide a
comprehensive assessment of maintenance, compliance, loss prevention,
and security risks. These assessments can assist organizations in
developing a security plan. Once a solution is identified and
specified, General Lock provides a state-licensed network of
professional security experts to implement, install or service the
security solution.
The General Lock Service Network can provide weekly status reports to
help customers manage multiple projects. Maintenance, repair, warranty
management and technical assistance on supplied products are
available. We also offer complimentary training support on new product
lines.

The General Lock Service Network’s dispatch operation is available to
address product and service issues Monday through Friday, from 5 a.m.
to 5 p.m. (PST). Extended service hours are offered on a per customer
basis, as needed.
